*Description of Sits and Downs Session

This is a group session where we work on various distractions while maintaining group sits and downs. The idea is for our dogs to be comfortable and successful being on the field with other dogs, people and things. The time of the sits and downs will be increased as the dogs gain confidence with the exercises.  People with young or inexperienced dogs should feel free to leave when they think their dog has done enough. We want the dogs to be successful and over doing it with a young or inexperienced dog, will stress them out.  It is also a good distraction for the other dogs to have dogs coming and going in the line or circle.

Again this list of proposed activitites is not complete and all members are welcome to add whatever they would like.  The greater the variety in activities, the more fun for the dogs and handlers.
